1) Scope
Applies to complete solar bundles and components (modules, inverters, batteries, racking, BOS) sold on BestSolarBundle.com. Returns and warranty are handled separately. Warranty is limited to the original consumer purchaser and non-transferable.
2) Warranty
Coverage varies by category 1–25 years (see product page/warranty card; if different from the manufacturer’s terms, we honor the clearer/longer one).
Warranty start date = original purchase date (invoice/order required). Remedies include repair or replacement; any replacement inherits the remaining term of the original item.
Exclusions (examples): misuse/abuse/modification, incorrect installation/wiring, operation beyond ratings, unauthorized repair or firmware alteration, tampered SN/seals, cosmetic damage not affecting function, water ingress due to misuse, improper transport/packaging.
3) 30-Day Return & RMA
Requests accepted within 30 days of delivery.
RMA is required before shipping back; unauthorized returns may be refused or incur handling fees.
RMA validity: ship back within 30 days of RMA issuance.
Returnable condition (all must apply): uninstalled, unused, resalable condition; original packaging with all accessories/manuals; inverters/batteries not energized, cables/racking not cut/drilled.
4) Shipping Responsibility
- Our fault (carrier damage, defect, not as advertised, wrong/short, extra item): we cover return and reship.
- Buyer’s remorse/incorrect order: buyer pays round-trip shipping.
- Free-shipping scope follows our Freight Shipping Policy (Free-Shipping Zone states only; other states may incur surcharges).
5) Restocking Fee
15% if unopened; 20% if opened but unused; additional deductions for missing/damaged items.
No restocking for DOA/our-error returns.
6) No Fault Found
If testing confirms no defect or return conditions unmet, either:
(a) return the original item (buyer pays freight), or
(b) deduct inspection/refurbishment plus round-trip freight from the refund, as applicable.
7) Bundles & Partial Returns
Returning part of a bundle reverses bundle discounts; refund is recalculated at standalone prices.
Even-value exchanges may waive restocking (case-by-case; freight/price difference may apply).
8) Freight/Pallet Deliveries (Inspection Required)
Inspect before signing; if damage/shortage is visible, note it on the BOL/POD and take photos.
Report concealed damage/shortage within 72 hours with photos/videos; delays may affect carrier claims.

9) Battery (Dangerous Goods) Returns
Discharge LFP/Li-ion to ≤30% SOC and pack per UN3480/3481 (terminal protection, cushioning, DG labels).
Request our battery DG return guide and approved carriers; non-compliant shipments are at sender’s risk/cost.
10) DOA / Defective & Warranty Flow
Within 14 days of delivery: free replacement or return-for-refund with label (we cover reasonable freight).
After 30 days: service under product/brand warranty (inspection/repair/replacement; RMA required).
11) Used/Refurbished (if applicable)
1-year warranty.
Within 30 days (natural faults): we cover round-trip freight + repair/replacement.
Day 31–365: repair covered; buyer covers freight. Off-channel purchases are not supported by our after-sales.
12) Order Cancellation
Full refund within 72 hours if unshipped. If already shipped, follow the return policy (freight + applicable fees).
13) Refund Method & Timing
We inspect within 1–2 business days after receipt and email the decision.
Refund to the original payment method: 3–5 business days (credit cards) / 7–10 business days (debit cards), subject to bank processing.
14) RMA Steps
Email sales@bestsolarbundle.com with order #, delivery date, SKU/qty, issue details, and photos/videos.
We’ll reply with RMA # and address. Ship within 30 days and provide tracking.
We confirm within 1–2 business days after receipt (approved/denied with reasons; refund breakdown).
15) Liability & Updates
We are not liable for indirect damages (labor, outages, installation/service costs, lost profits, etc.).
Policy may be updated without notice; the version shown at checkout applies (approved RMAs honored under their issued terms).
