Refund Policy
BestSolarBundle.com is owned and operated by Smart Home Gadgets Inc. In this policy, “BestSolarBundle”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Smart Home Gadgets Inc.
At BestSolarBundle, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Refunds are available for items returned and approved under our Return Policy and are issued to the original payment method once inspection is complete.
1) Refund Eligibility and Window
A refund may be requested for products that meet the eligibility conditions in our Return Policy and for which an RMA was issued within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories. Items showing signs of installation, modification, misuse, or missing parts may be denied or may receive a partial refund reflecting reconditioning costs.
2) How Refunds Are Issued and Timeline
After your return passes inspection and is approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method used at checkout. Most refunds are initiated within 7 to 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post funds to your account. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed. Store-credit refunds are available upon request for faster reuse on a replacement order.
3) Amounts Refunded and Possible Deductions
If your order shipped for free and you are returning the item for reasons not caused by our error, our actual outbound shipping cost may be deducted from the refund. If accessories, manuals, packaging, or parts are missing, or if the product requires reconditioning, a reasonable deduction of up to 15 percent may be applied. Shipping charges and expedited service fees are non-refundable unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Applicable sales tax will be refunded in accordance with law on approved returns. Installation labor, diagnostic services, or third-party costs are not refundable.
4) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
For products that arrive defective on arrival, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover reasonable return shipping after verification and issue a full product refund or send a replacement according to your preference. Please report issues within the timelines in our Return Policy and retain all original packaging while carrier claims are investigated.
5) Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled at no charge before shipment. After an order has shipped, cancellation is processed as a return under this Refund Policy and the Return Policy.
6) Refused or Undeliverable Shipments and Chargebacks
If a shipment is refused or returned due to address issues, the refund will reflect deductions described above for outbound and return freight when applicable. If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly; most issues can be addressed without a chargeback through your bank.
7) Warranty Claims
Many products carry a manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service is typically provided by the manufacturer or its authorized service network. We are happy to provide purchase documentation and guidance to help you initiate a warranty claim.
