BestSolarBundle.com is owned and operated by Smart Home Gadgets Inc. In this policy, “BestSolarBundle”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Smart Home Gadgets Inc.
Scope
This policy covers palletized LTL freight orders shipping from our California warehouse, including bundles of solar panels, inverters, and energy storage systems. Typical order value exceeds US$5,000.
1) Service Area
Origin is California, USA. We offer free freight shipping for curbside delivery to the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other U.S. territories are not supported for LTL freight at this time. A deliverable street address is required; PO Boxes are not eligible.
2) Freight Service and Rates
Base LTL service is free for curbside delivery in the contiguous 48 states. The free service covers standard curbside delivery to the nearest accessible point. Remote ZIP codes, limited-access locations, and any add-on services may incur accessorial charges which will be quoted or confirmed before delivery. Zones and carrier programs may change; any applicable accessorials will be shown at checkout or confirmed by our team prior to dispatch.
3) Processing & Transit Time
Order processing time is typically 2 to 5 business days. Transit time is typically 6 to 10 business days after shipment. Weather, network congestion, holidays, or appointment scheduling may extend timelines; we will notify you in advance whenever possible.
4) Delivery Method (LTL Freight)
Standard service provides curbside delivery to the nearest accessible point. Drivers do not perform inside delivery, unpacking, or secondary handling. Delivery appointments are often required for residential or limited-access addresses; missed appointments may result in carrier redelivery or storage fees billed to the consignee. Residential deliveries commonly require a liftgate; commercial deliveries are expected to have a dock or forklift. If a commercial location needs a liftgate, please advise us at order time so we can coordinate with the carrier. An adult signature is required on the bill of lading or proof of delivery at the time of delivery.
5) Receiving & Inspection Delivery
At delivery, verify pallet and box counts and visually inspect shrink wrap, cartons, and banding. If any damage, tilt, or shortage is observed, take photos while the driver is present. Clearly note issues on the delivery receipt before signing, for example pallet damaged, boxes dented, wrap torn, or shortage with quantity. If severe damage is present, you may refuse the shipment after noting the issue and contact us immediately. If concealed damage is discovered after delivery, email us within 72 hours with unboxing and outer-carton photos or videos so we can initiate a carrier claim. If damage or shortage is not noted on the delivery receipt, carriers may treat the shipment as a clean delivery, which can limit or void claims.
6) Address Changes & Redelivery
Once an order has shipped, address changes are not available. Missed appointments and any resulting redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the consignee’s responsibility.
7) Possible Accessorial Charges (Examples)
Examples of accessorials include residential delivery, limited-access locations such as schools, churches, construction sites, military or convention centers, storage or industrial parks, non-standard appointment windows, liftgate service at commercial locations, inside delivery, oversize or overweight handling, remote or restricted routes, redelivery, storage, detention or wait time.
8) Title & Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers upon successful delivery and consignee signature. We will assist with carrier claims; however, carrier liability limits and determinations apply and may be less than the product value. Additional cargo insurance is available upon request prior to shipping.

10) Tax on Shipping
BestSolarBundle.com is owned and operated by Smart Home Gadgets Inc.
We do not charge sales tax on shipping or freight services within the United States.
