1. Factory Direct Pricing & Value

Why is your solar bundle pricing so much lower than others?

Our pricing strategy is simple: Factory Direct to Consumer (DTC).
We control the supply chain from the manufacturing facility to our US warehouse, eliminating the layers of traditional distribution: the national distributor, regional sales reps, and local supply houses.
Traditional Model: Factory → Distributor → Supply House → Installer → Customer (High Markup)
BestSolarBundle Model: Factory → BestSolarBundle US Warehouse → Customer (Maximum Savings)
When you buy from us, you bypass the 30%–40% markup added by middlemen, ensuring you receive genuine factory cost savings.

2. Quality And Warranty Assurance

Does the low price mean you compromise on quality or warranty?

Absolutely not. Our commitment is to provide the highest quality components at the lowest price, and we achieve the low price through logistical efficiency, not by sourcing inferior components.
Genuine Products: All components in our bundles (inverters, batteries, panels) are brand-new, genuine stockfrom world-class manufacturers.
Full Manufacturer's Warranty: Every bundle purchase includes the full, Manufacturer's Authorized Warranty, valid in the United States. Should you ever need to file a claim, we provide direct support and coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Expert Vetting: Our bundles are curated and tested by US-based solar experts to ensure maximum performance and reliable integration, giving you peace of mind.

3. Permitting & Compliance

Who do I need to apply to for my solar installation permit?

The permitting authority is your local City or County Building and Planning Department (sometimes called the Department of Community Development).
Local AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction): Your application must comply with the specific fire, electrical, and structural codes enforced by your local AHJ.
Utility Interconnection: After the city permit is secured, you must also apply to your local utility company (e.g., PG&E, FPL, Duke Energy) for permission to operate (PTO).
We have compiled a quick guide on the application flow for major US regions. Remember, the requirements vary by zip code, so always confirm with your local city's planning department first.

4. Diy Installation Support

Can I apply for the permit myself for a DIY installation?

Yes, you can. Many of our customers successfully submit permits themselves as the homeowner.
However, the city requires professional engineering documents to confirm safety and code compliance. To support your application, we provide the following:
Official Technical Files: Upon purchase, you gain access to the full Single-Line Diagrams (SLD) and detailed specifications for all components in your bundle.
Free Preliminary Design ($200 Value): Every bundle includes a free Preliminary Design (Roof Layout and simplified SLD) to accelerate your planning and ensure your system is properly sized from the start.
If your city requires a professional engineer's stamp, we offer a seamless, discounted upgrade path to a Full Permit Package handled by our certified third-party engineering partner.
